If you use MacOS 10.5 (aka Leopard), you know how cool the grid stack works. Now imagine that how cool it would be if you could customize a stack to move/upload/edit/or perform a scriptable action on anything you drag… Check out the demo on the Aptonic Software website.

This morning, Microsoft has released the much anticipated Release Candidate of the upcoming Windows 7 OS. From all that I have heard even the beta was much faster and more stable then Vista.
Given that the underlying driver technology *should* be the same. I don’t see why not get Windows 7 happy now. The RC will last through mid next year while the official release is slated this fall (09).
Get it here now.
UPDATE: Downloaded it. Will try to install it as a Virtual Machine on my iMac.

Depeche Mode is back for 2009 with the just released “Sounds of the Universe” (SOTU) album. Released on April 21, I got my fan’s version on iTunes. It got me a few extra songs and remixes.
So what do I think? original, different, smart, and most importantly, it’s a journey.

Canon has announced a new camera in the Rebel DSLR series, the Rebel T1i.
My first DSLR was a Rebel Xi, then Rebel XSi and XTi… I owned them all! I was quite happy with all of them. Then Nikon came out with a D90 with HD video, so I sold my Canon gear and lenses.
While I have nothing against Nikon, I am not sure if I like the D90. Somehow I think the pictures were nicer on the Canon. I can’t exactly tell what it was … camera or lens. I miss Canon.
Can this be the camera to bring me back?
- 15.1 MP (crazy, stop this)
- Up to 12,800 ISO (not a type-o)
- Digic IV image processor
- Nikon 50D quality
Read all about it.
